This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds and subscription cancellations for GlowApex services operated by Glow Ventures. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Self-Service: Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to the "Subscription" section where you can manage and cancel your subscription.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until that date. After the current billing cycle ends, your subscription will not renew, and your access to premium features will be discontinued.

2. Refund Eligibility

GlowApex offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For new subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a full refund.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) or persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service as intended, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.
  • Accidental Subscription: If you or an unauthorized user accidentally subscribed to our service, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the subscription purchase.

Please note that the 14-day money-back guarantee is only available for first-time subscribers and cannot be claimed for subsequent subscription renewals.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will generally not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
  • Usage-based fees for resources or services that have already been consumed.
  • Add-on purchases or premium features that have been activated or used.
  • Subscriptions canceled after significant usage of the service during the billing period.
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions or other misuse of the service.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Order or transaction ID (if available)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.

5. Partial Billing Periods

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan to a less expensive tier, the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for the price difference between plans for the remainder of the current billing period.

7. Free Trial Conversion

If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. The 14-day money-back guarantee period begins from the date your paid subscription starts, not from the beginning of the free trial.

8. Account Termination by GlowApex

If GlowApex terminates your account due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued. However, if we terminate your account for any other reason, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period.

9. Service Changes

If we make significant changes to our service that materially reduce the functionality or value of the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period.

10. Special Promotions and Discounts

Refunds for subscriptions purchased with special promotions, discounts, or coupon codes may be limited to the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
